  1. I love it. I could never grow it and I guess that it is wild. But it is inspiring.

  2. You'll probably chuckle at this, Jo, but I photographed that particular flower at a plant show. It was sitting in a little plastic pool like these:

Zooming in helped make it look a lot more natural. :)

Hey Lynn I know how much you love Tim Holtz designs and thought of you when I checked out Sew4Home this week. They've been highlighting his Eclectic Elements fabric rane and on Friday there was the most gorgeous quilt, so beautiful. I'm starting quilting lessons at the end of this month and my tutor said it was actually quite an easy design but I'm not sure I'll ever be able to make something so beautiful. I hope you like it.

  4. Fran, thanks so much for directing me to this site -- I love the quilt they made from Tim's new fabric line (and if anyone else wants to check it out, here's the link: http://www.sew4home.com/projects/bed-linens/eclectic-elements-tim-holtz-coats-time-flies-quilt)

I bought a couple of yards of Tim's fabric to play with, although it's so pretty I hate to cut it up. Now maybe I'll have the nerve. :)
